  • Week #2: Monday 3rd July at 7pm UK: Stop Overeating. Clear mental blocks which cause weight gain. Choose smaller portions with pride with ease. Use the power of your mind to slim your body. No foods or drinks are taboo – this isn’t another diet – we already know they don’t work. Through the support of the powerful hypnosis you’ll soon feel satisfied with a half portion. 
  • Week #3: Monday 10th July at 7pm UK: Habit Control. Conquer cravings. Stop binging snacking grazing picking finishing up the leftovers obsessing about food. Stop even thinking about food especially when you're not even hungry!

  • What happens if I miss a week? The sessions are live with a limited time replay available.
